As a first point of contact for all incoming for all incoming appraisal enquiries, the Appraisals Coordinator helps ensure the process for clients requesting an appraisal runs smoothly by responding to clients efficiently and effectively, handling all leads with care.
Key to the role is ensuring we can deliver world-class service to our clients by capturing interest and converting it into appraisal appointments as efficiently as possible and carrying out key administrative duties this is about viewings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to all appraisal enquiries effectively and efficiently via phone, email and WhatsApp
  • Ensure our enquiry response time is kept to a minimum, communicating clearly and professionally at all stages of an appraisal request
  • Launching new listings on our websites and property portals
  • Working towards improving our customer journey
  • Converting leads to appraisals

Knowledge & Skills

Essential

  • Good organiser, time-manager and multi-tasker
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent eye for architecture, design and photography
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Exceptional client care

Desirable

  • Good understanding of UK geography and regionality
  • Use of Adobe Suite products
  • Motivated by commercial targets
