Reporting to: Client Operations Manager
Office / Hybrid – max 1 day a week at home after probationary period

The Client Services Coordinator ensures we can deliver world-class service to clients and buyers alike, through a responsive and informative approach. The role supports both our Sales and Appraisals teams by carrying out key administrative duties and being the first point of contact for all incoming viewing and appraisal requests.

Performance indicators:
- Response times – telephone, email and internal comms
- The conversion of viewing requests and appraisal requests

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering the phones and dealing with a range of enquiries
  • Responding to all viewing and / or appraisal enquiries
  • Coordinating and engaging with our community of Viewing Hosts
  • Supporting Sales Advisors and Appraisers with client care
  • Launching new listings on our websites and property portals
  • Supporting all aspects of team administration, both internal and external
  • Attending previews and viewings as required

Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent eye for architecture, design and photography
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively as part of a team

Team

The Client Services Coordinator reports into our Client Operations Manager. As it is a cross-functional role, it also works closely with the Commercial Team.
