Mid-Level Role
Reporting to: Area Manager

The Sales Advisor manages a portfolio of sales from launching onto the market through to completion, and ensures we deliver a world-class service to our clients by proactively managing interest, negotiating offers and management of the conveyancing process. The Sales Advisor secures revenue and return business through a knowledgeable, creative and tenacious approach and ensures sales are compliant with regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide a professional, transparent and streamlined customer experience to create promoters of the brand, in pursuit of building our community and return customers
- Maximise revenue through exchanges from your portfolio of homes, underpinned by a creative, commercial approach
- Progress sales as efficiently as possible by regularly reviewing marketing strategies and once an offer is agreed. Minimising fall throughs and withdrawals
- Negotiating the best offer for your clients with integrity and tenacity
- Represent the brand by being articulate, design literate, knowledgeable about the UK property market and well-presented
- Contribute to the knowledge base of your team by sharing your learned experience and make proactive suggestions in pursuit of continuous improvement. Covering colleagues’ work in their absence
- Ensure we meet ethical and legal standards (anti-money laundering and GDPR) by logging information in a timely manner, and escalating concerns to someone senior if necessary

Knowledge & Skills
- Relationship management with 5+ years in a customer-facing role
- Commercial acumen and motivated by targets
- Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone and written)
- Negotiation, founded in honesty and integrity
- Highly organised and conscientious; able to re-prioritise and multi-task
- Adaptable and dynamic approach to suit client needs
- Passion for architecture and design, and the homes we live in
- Understand the importance of integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Team
The Sales Advisor reports to the Area Manager and sits in the Commercial Team, and works closely with the Client Operations Team, and Appraisals.
