The latest modern pavilion in the grounds of London’s Serpentine Gallery was designed by Herzog & de Meuron and Chinese conceptual artist Ai Weiwei, the same team that collaborated on the “Bird’s Nest” Olympic stadium in Beijing. The interior is dug out of the ground and clad in cork, and is shielded by a canopy that collects the rainwater and reflects the sky. Click for full details.
