Statement

Avanti Architects has developed a particular expertise in working with modern listed buildings. The practice has restored and upgraded some of the most celebrated of the Modern Movement houses and apartment buildings, including works by the pioneer architects Lubetkin, Wells Coates and Goldfinger. Established in 1981, Avanti is owned and run by four architect directors, and has 50 staff, based in one central London design studio. The practice’s reputation is founded on providing high quality designs and strategic advice to clients, based on innovation, flexibility and sustainability. Our objective is to provide a responsive, friendly and professional service, tailored to the requirements of each client.
