Architect’s Statement

HÛT is a London-based, award-winning practice with a reputation for designing and delivering private residences. The name HÛT highlights the practice’s belief that simple forms of architecture – robust, carefully considered and beautifully detailed – can provide the most elegant solutions. Led by Director Andrew Whiting, the practice undertakes a broad range of work with particular expertise in the residential sector. HÛT’s diverse portfolio of projects ranges from workplace design, through pop-up structures, to major new-build schemes.

The Modern House currently has a five-bedroom house in Peasmarsh, designed by HÛT, for sale.
