Statement

MJP Architects specialises in projects on sensitive sites, which involve delicate planning negotiations and high quality design to achieve consent. Our designs do not have a recognisable style ‘signature’, although they share spatial, formal and technical themes, particularly an interest in historical precedents and an innovative approach to structure and the use of materials. MJP has achieved 24 Civic Trust Awards and 21 RIBA Awards. Its work has been published in major UK architectural titles, including The Architectural Review, Architecture Today, Architects’ Journal, Building and Building Design, as well as magazines in Germany, Japan, Italy, China and the United States.
