Statement
Rural Office for Architecture is an architectural practice based in Carmarthenshire, Wales. It is the work of architect Niall Maxwell, supported by a growing team of architects, technicians and support staff, both in Wales and now in London. The practice has focused on developing a vernacular design response to the rural context in which they live and work. In recent years the location of projects has spread to England, but we continue to respond contextually to each site.
The practice is one of a number of entries recently added to our Directory of Architects and Designers.
