Pocknell Studio is a practice active in the design and development of modern dwellings, often using historic agricultural and commercial buildings as the basis of their construction.
David Pocknell established his eponymous practice over 30 years ago on the Essex/Suffolk borders, with clients throughout southern England.
Notable projects include the conversion of a 14th century barn to incorporate both living and working environments, the contemporary refurbishment of a Queen Anne mansion with a pool and cloistered terrace, and the modernisation of an iconic 1960s house.
