By raising the main living spaces of 2V HOUSE to the first floor, BR3 Arquitetos created a large, open leisure space at ground level – alternating between indoor and outdoor, open and covered areas.
The upper level is spilt into two distinct areas connected by a walkway, one as a social space, the other as private living quarters; a way of optimising the living space to suit the residents’ daily routines.
