This article is more than a year old and may contain information that is out of date. Sorry about that.
Aatrial House was built in 2003 in Opole – a low density settlement in Poland. The property sits within a one hectare site near the forest, with vast glazed walls opening out onto the garden on all sides. The house was designed to reverse the spatial model of an atrial building – it is closed to the inside, and opens out to the surroundings.
