This article is more than a year old and may contain information that is out of date. Sorry about that.
I love this rustic structure designed and hand built by sculptor J.B Blunk in 1959. It really appeals to that small part of me that wants to get away from it all. The house hangs tough over the edge of the Inverness Ridge in western Marin County and is a domestic reflection of the artist’s rugged work, much of which is linked to his environment. The interior uses Blunk’s handcrafted sculpture as practical pieces of furniture.
