House of the Day: House in Kohoku by Torafu

Located in Tokyo, Japan, this family home was designed to maximise natural light in the space.
Constructed as a single-storey dwelling with high ceilings, skylights in the roof fill the open plan living space with light, whilst the sloping lines of the roof subtly create different areas within the property.
