Built in New Canaan in 1949, Kniffin House was a collaboration between renowned Modernist architects Marcel Breuer and Eliot Noyes.
The property draws heavily on a prototypical house that Breuer designed in 1948 which was temporarily displayed in the garden of the Museum of Modern Art the following year.
