This article is more than a year old and may contain information that is out of date. Sorry about that.
Completed in 2009 in a rural area of southwestern Poland, this property redefines the vernacular of traditional worker settlements in the area, which feature red masonry walls and asphalt-lined gable roofs.
Set within a large plot, the ground floor of the property is constructed primarily from glass, with a living garden beneath the main living space. In summer the glass partitions can be removed, allowing the indoor and outdoor spaces to completely merge.
