Designed and built between 2006 and 2013, this house on the shore of Sweden’s Lake Drevviken is uncompromisingly contemporary. The simple surfaces and pale tonal palette are typical of Pawson’s designs, and are particularly remarkable on this site in winter when the property becomes virtually camouflaged within the snow-covered surroundings.
