This article is more than a year old and may contain information that is out of date. Sorry about that.
Completed in 2015 by Nicolas Tye Architects, ultra-contemporary Rum Point House was designed with its Caribbean beach-side location in mind. The angled walls and pool surrounding the structure create an illusion of floating, with the property mimicking the appearance of a boat at sea.
It’s currently on the market with Sotheby’s.
