The Box is a two-room home built by the architect Ralph Erskine (1914-2005) in Sweden in 1942, and lived in by his family for four years. Erskine went on to design influential buildings in Sweden, England and Canada. When the original Box fell into disrepair Erskine helped with a reconstruction (pictured).
