Wall House by FAR, in Lampa, Santiago, Chile, was built in 2007. It has four distinct structural layers. The core structures of the house are made of concrete, the internal structural features are made of timber, the external structure is a layer of high-insulation polycarbonate panels and this is surrounded by a soft fabric membrane.
