Situated on the stunning island of Favignana, four miles west of the coast of Sicily, Contrada Favignana is a modernist retreat offering both luxury and a sense of wildness.
Designed by Ncbarchitettura – a practice owned by architects Riccardo Emanuele and Samuel Balasso Milan – and completed in 2011, the house is made up of two independent apartments with a central terrace that unites the two areas.
Externally, there are extensive areas of wild garden, as well as a BBQ area, beautiful swimming pool, parking area, and two roof terraces. The property is not overlooked and has wonderful views of the sea, which is approximately 200m away, and the surrounding countryside.
The property sleeps six (plus sofa bed). For more information, including prices and details of how to book, contact The Modern House.
