This article is more than a year old and may contain information that is out of date. Sorry about that.

This month we completed the sale of an incredible property set in the idyllic Somerset countryside. An historic stone cottage is attached to a 1960s Modernist house, constructed in two parts – the initial glass-box structure was designed by Ray Moxley in 1963, with a further extension, including the tetradecagonic kitchen, completed at the end of the decade by Robert and Tim Organ.
Our happy client said: “I can’t tell you the joy of discovering The Modern House – at last an estate agent who not just ‘got’ and loved Modern design (rather than, like most agents, being baffled by it or seeing no special value in it) but which was also completely connected to everyone else who liked it too. It was a pleasure working with you all.”
