This four-bedroom architect-designed house in the tranquil setting of Weymede was built in 1963-66 by the renowned development company Span.
It was designed by Eric Lyons, a celebrated architect whose work has been widely published and is still much admired today. Weymede is a sought-after collection of houses set amongst private gardens near Weybridge, a short commute from central London.
The seller says:
“The whole transaction was dealt with extremely professionally and by staff who knew their business very well. It started with the photographer who took some stunning pictures of the estate and my home, so different to the other agent who took some snaps. [My dedicated sales advisor] is a real credit to your business. She was hardworking, professional and ready to listen to me and work for me. Even getting my listing on-line late on a Friday evening, I was given out-of-office access to staff. Nothing was too much trouble.”
