This month sees the return of Palm Spring’s well-established Modernism festival – a week long programme of events celebrating mid-century modern design, architecture, art and culture.
This year’s highlights include a talks on architectural visionary John Lautner and famed interior designer Arthur Elrod, an exploration into the use, and creation, of Modernist narrative spaces in film, and a discussion of Mexico’s most significant Modern architect, Luis Barragan.
Those of us not in Palm Springs can follow the action on Instagram.
