This week The Modern House team attended the inaugural Archiboo Web Awards, designed to celebrate websites which offer new ways to engage with great architecture.

Having been shortlisted for five categories, The Modern House were delighted to win awards for ‘Best Written Content’ and ‘Best Overall Experience’.

The judges said: “This is a website for lovers of modern architecture and it’s written for lovers. Bright and interesting copy is packed full of inspiration and information and good enough to be a blog never mind its primary purpose as an estate agent.”

“The Modern House website is a brilliant mix of tech and design, for example its use of video which is engaging while not slowing loading times noticeably.  The writing and photography are both excellent and the website is easy to navigate while managing to hold a vast mount of information without bombarding you.”
