This article is more than a year old and may contain information that is out of date. Sorry about that.

To celebrate the end of 2016 we’re looking back on some of our highlights from the past year.
We’ve rounded up our three most popular Journal posts, all of which offered sneak previews into homes we’d previously sold.
1 Life in Trellick Tower
This post revisited Gerard and Andres, who purchased an apartment on the sixth floor of Ernő Goldfinger’s Trellick Tower and had recently finished refurbishing the interior.
2 Apartment for an Artist
We caught up with French graphic artist Malika Favre, whose distinctive Pop Art-inspired works have established her as one of the UK’s most sought-after graphic artists. Malika purchased an apartment through The Modern House earlier this year, in one of Hackney’s most sought-after warehouse conversions. She invited us back to show us her space and tell us more about how it influences her work.
3 Family Life on Segal Close
In this interview we caught up with Taran and Celine who purchased a family home on Segal Close in the autumn of 2011. Taran shared his own photographs of the property, and told us what life was life in a Walter Segal home.
