This July sees the launch of the first Architecture Fringe Festival; a series of contributor-led events, projects and exhibitions taking place across Scotland which will explore how architecture makes a difference to our lives.
We’re excited about ‘Values: Building, Beauty and Society’, a series of public debates in Edinburgh which will examine the values driving architecture as a discipline today, and ‘The Maquette’ exhibition which will look at the role of the architectural model.
#ArchiAffects is an open-platform photography project which will consider how architecture affects our everyday lives. Photographs can be submitted on Instagram or Twitter using the #ArchiAffects hashtag, with a curated selection of these being exhibited in Glasgow from the 8-16 July.
