The new-build homes being constructed next to Battersea power station, London, as part of the Circus West development have gone on sale. Due to be completed in three years time, the 800 homes south of the decommissioned 1930s brick structure include a mixture of flats, townhouses and penthouses together with offices, shops and leisure facilities, and is the first phase of seven.
