This year’s RIBA Awards have been announced, and there are surprisingly few individual houses and housing schemes selected for a National Award: in fact, only three houses and four multiple-housing projects. An apartment within the Church Walk project by David Mikhail Architects, in London N16, is coming up for rent from September with The Modern House.
