This week RIBA revealed designs for its new architecture centre for northern England, which will open this summer on Liverpool’s waterfront. The building will be the RIBA’s first centre for architecture outside of London.
Designed by architects Broadway Malyan the centre comprises gallery spaces, a talks theatre, a shop and a cafe, and will be split across a pair of low-lying mono-pitched blocks.
