The Tall House, designed by Terry Pawson (2002)
With the world’s best players having converged on Wimbledon for the tennis championships, it seems that the area is proving something of a hit with house-buyers as well. According to an article in the Financial Times, the average property price for Wimbledon is almost twice the average for Greater London.
A Grade II*-listed house in Wimbledon designed by Richard Rogers for his parents, is currently for sale with The Modern House. The above Terry Pawson house was sold by The Modern House.
