, or ‘vertical forest’ in translation from Italian, is a new project under construction in Milan. The two residential towers are designed by Stefano Boeri Architetti. The structures incorporate 900 trees between three and nine metres tall into their design, as well as an extensive range of shrubs and floral plants. If spread over flat land, the foliage on each Bosco Verticale tower would equate to an area of 10,000 square metres of forest. For more information about the project, visit: Stefano Boeri
