Nightingale is a London-based artist who focuses primarily on photography and moving image. One of his current ongoing projects, Forgotten Futures, documents modernist architecture in British seaside towns.
From Bexhill on Sea, to Frinton to east Preston, the project spans the country and explores the idealistic, utopian motivations that led to the construction of these buildings in the Interwar period.
