This five bedroom house by Peter Stutchbury on the outskirts of Sydney, Australia, is for sale. Overlooking Clareville Beach, the house sits high on its plot and touches the ground with an extraordinary lightness. Constructed from steel and timber, West Head House tumbles down the hillside in a higgledy piggledy manner capturing fantastic views whilst also retaining its privacy and protection from some of the stronger weather experienced at beachfront properties along this coast. The house has been a 26 year project by Stutchbury to make a home adaptable and harmonious to the Sydney climate, outdoor lifestyle and natural setting.
