“A striking combination of dark-stained brickwork, corrugated aluminium and green-framed windows”
Stego House is a 1980s end-of-terrace house with three bedrooms, which unfolds over two levels of approximately 1,050 sq ft of internal space. It was extended and updated to an award-winning design by London-based architects Archmongers, winning second prize in the New London Architecture's ‘Don't Move, Improve’ 2019 award, and was a finalist in the AJ Small Projects 2019 Awards. Located on a quiet residential street close to the greenery of Kennington Park, the light-filled house has a courtyard garden and makes clever use of space.
