Hayfield Road

This imaginative three-bedroom house on Hayfield Road was designed by architects HWK in 2015. It has a richly planted garden with a studio room / home office and notable eco-credentials. Originally conceived as part of the 1930s garden suburb expansion in Orpington, the house has been carefully rebuilt by HWK and the current owners, who have sensitively worked within the parameters of the original design to create a series of clever, contemporary spaces.
