The Cooper Residence, built in Orleans, Massachusetts, in 1968, was designed as a unique residence for a family of six.
The structure of the property, and the internal use of space, is similar to architect Charles Gwathmey’s Gwathmey Residence, designed for the architect’s parents in 1965-67.
