This pleasingly rectilinear house and studio in Cape Cod was built in 1965. The Cape owes much of its architectural richness to European refugees, who arrived throughout the 1930s, including Marcel Breuer and Serge Chermayeff. These remarkable structures are celebrated in a book by Peter McMahon and Christine Cipriani, which is available to order here.
