Haus SPK is located in Ingolstadt, an area populated by narrow, long properties with distinctive lengthways terraces, sloped roofs and annexes reaching back into the gardens behind. This property, completed in 2015, reconsiders the traditional model, focusing on light and open, communal spaces.
