This property, constructed in Barcelona in 2013, was an exercise in pre-design and assembly, meaning that it was built and operable on the site in under two months.
As well as the main structure, all the exterior and interior finishes were pre-assembled, allowing each system – from base moulding to furniture – to be mounted on site in a maximum of fifteen days.
