Located in Sint-Genesius-Rode, on the outskirts of Brussels, this four-story villa was designed by Marcel Leborgne – one of the founders of Modernism in Belgium.
It was commissioned by the director of Forges de Clabecq iron and steel factory – a Mr Dirickz – and constructed between 1929-33.
