Designed by iconic modernist Frank Lloyd Wright, Millard House (La Miniatura) in Pasadena, California, is for sale with a guide price of $4,495,000. Completed in 1923, the property is an example of Wright’s earliest ‘Usonian’ houses. Beautifully detailed and recently restored, the house is very spacious with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens, a living room, a formal dining room and two semi-attached garages. Millard House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and contains many features archetypal of its famous architect. It is also set in creatively landscaped gardens.
