This article is more than a year old and may contain information that is out of date. Sorry about that.
This week we completed the sale of a Victorian maisonette in north London with beautifully patinated interiors.
Occupying the upper floors of a Grade II-listed Victorian terraced house in the Highbury New Park Conservation Area, the apartment offers impeccably designed open-plan living spaces and an abundance of natural light.
Our happy client said, ‘Thanks for all the hard work at The Modern House that got our property sold. I have to commend all the team and in particular Rosie who is simply stellar. We were probably not the easiest of clients in the end, it was truly a very difficult decision. Many thanks again – if and when there’s a next time we’ll definitely be in touch!’
