Over the last week the RIBA have been announcing their 2017 awards shortlist on Instagram, ahead of the awards ceremony on Monday 22 May where the winning projects will be announced.
A number of projects previously sold by The Modern House have been included in the shortlist, including Amin Taha’s Spruce Apartments in Stoke Newington, Stiff + Trevillion’s 55 Victoria Street and vPPR’s Chance Street (all shortlisted for a 2017 RIBA London Regional Award).
