Having been hosted in Singapore for the last four years, 2016’s Inside World Festival of Interiors will take place slightly closer to home at Arena Berlin.
During the three-day event, which takes place from the 16-18 November to coincide with the World Architecture Festival, the coveted award for the World Interior of the Year will be announced. Last year’s winner was March Studio’s entrance to Hotel Hotel in Canberra – a grand staircase enveloped in lengths of reclaimed timber, whilst 2014 saw Joyce Wang Studio’s MOTT32 bar and restaurant in Hong Kong claim the title.
The full 2016 shortlist can be seen here, and Dezeen will be covering the Inside Awards live throughout the festival.
