The Isokon Gallery has a revealed a new display to mark the 80th anniversary of Walter Gropius’ departure from England.
As the Director of the Bauhaus, Gropius was one of the most esteemed Isokon tenants and lived in the Lawn Road Flats from 1935 to 1937. The exhibition explores Gropius’ time in England and examines his life as an architect, teacher and Isokon resident.
